Whistlewood Mid-Summerish Music Festival – 21st June 2025

Timings: 12 noon to 11pm

The Whistlewood Music Festival grows in popularity year on year and has been established as the Glastonbury of the East Midlands, well Melbourne at least! This is our biggest fundraiser, our main gig so please support it as much as you can.

There will opportunity for you join Baj’s Yoga to Music session and also join in with Jan for Cha-Cha-Cha and Salsa. 

There will also be the chance to have a go at performing yourself during our Open Mic session later in the day and lots of family entertainment including the return of Wheelbarrow racing and children’s crafts.

Food – Vegetarian, Vegan and home-made Whistlewood food options (pizzas, hot-dogs etc) as well as Bittersweet Chocolates and Whistlewood’s popular Tea and Cake Stall.

We welcome camping and camper vans. Our apologies we cannot accept caravans and motorhomes – we are not registered for them.

PRICES: Full price  Adult entry – £18, Members Price – £15 Children (13 – 18 year olds + students) – £7.50. Under 13’s – Free, Camping overnight available at £10 per tent, Campervan pitches available at £12 per pitch. Dog ticket – £2.

Adult on the door price: £20

Members/Shareholders – Please note that the above discount would only apply to your booking for this event. If you are booking on behalf of other people and they are not members you should select Full Price Adult Ticket  at the checkout for booking their places. We cannot accept a booking that is made by a non-member on behalf of a member. The member needs to be the person placing the booking.

Please book tickets for Under 13’s as, although they are free, we need to know total numbers attending.

Some free volunteer places available – please contact us if you are interested in helping make it possible on the day, beforehand and taking down the next day.  Volunteers are provided with a £5 token to put towards food and drink on the day.
