About Introduction to Leaded (Stained Glass) Panels
You will learn over this 2 day course the beauty of glass and an appreciation of this traditional skill.
Relax and be inspired to create your very own piece of art for your home or garden with an autumnal theme.
You will learn from Rachael about the process, tools and various methods to construct a simple leaded glass panel using traditional techniques.
Numbers are kept low (6) to ensure lots of course leader to participant time.
Includes Refreshments. Please bring a packed lunch.
Please bear in mind:
The course content requires some strength in the hands and wrists therefore those suffering with Arthritis or other related conditions may want to discuss the suitability of the course beforehand.
Participants will be standing for long periods throughout the day so this will need to be borne in mind.
Participants will be working with lead/lead-based products therefore this course may be unsuitable for those that are pregnant or those that are breast feeding.
