There’s so much buzz around gut health these days, but what does it all mean? How do you cut through all the marketing, health claims and online information to understand this subject? And why would you even want to?
In this workshop, we cover:
• What the gut is and how it impacts not just your digestive but your mental and whole body health
• What factors lead to poor gut health and what symptoms that might create
• How to restore your gut to health and balance your microbiome
• A demo on the beauty and simplicity of making fermented vegetables (and why everyone should!)
• A chance to have a go at making your own kraut from a selection of organic ingredients which you will take home and enjoy (when it’s ready!)
Held at the magical Roundhouse at Whistlewood Common. A beautiful, calming space surrounded by nature – the perfect setting for our workshop.
