Wild Women Wellness Retreat – 16 May 2026

Description

with Natalie Haw

10 am – 4 pm

Enjoy a day for you in the peaceful grounds of Whistlewood Common. Where you can reconnect with nature and yourself.  You’ll be facilitated by Natalie Haw; a teacher, forest school leader and holistic practitioner.
Your day will begin with a meditation and intentional journaling. Then you can partake in some bushcraft activities  such as using a billhook to chop wood for our fire, using a flint and steel to start the fire and some nature crafting using tools.
Bring your own lunch to enjoy by the fire or find a peaceful spot in the meadow to enjoy your lunch immersed in the tranquil surroundings.
During the afternoon of crafting creating your own Spring Wreath Natalie will carry out individual hands-on treatments in the roundhouse. You can choose massage, reiki or reflexology.
Healthy snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the day and the first 6 to book will also receive £20 treatment credit to use at Natalie’s home practice in Long Eaton towards treatments.
