Join the Fosse Fibre Group for this creative series of workshops, introducing you to the wonderful world of wool, and taking you through the steps of spinning, dyeing and weaving.
Designed as a series, we hope you join us on the whole journey. Otherwise we are happy to welcome you for a single workshop or two.
Pricing: single workshop – £55, any two – £105, or all three – £150
Price includes refreshments including cake! Please bring your lunch
Each workshop starts at 10.30 am and finishes at 3.00 pm

Way of Wool 2 – Dyeing
In this workshop we introduce you to natural dyes, learning about the role of mordants in dyeing, preparing 2 dyebaths and dyeing the skeins you produced in workshop 1. We will provide additional skeins for those who did not attend Way of Wool 1.
You will take home up to 4 dyed skeins of yarn in a range colours.
About the Fosse Fibre Group
Fosse Fibre Group are a group of Craftspeople including dyers based in Leicestershire. They meet regularly to share skills, swap techniques and work on projects. These meetings take place at the Attenborough Nature Reserve
