Are you confused about what to eat? With so much conflicting information, nutrition can feel overwhelming. This workshop breaks it down into simple, practical steps.

We’ll cover:

  • Macronutrients & micronutrients – what they do and where to find them
  • Why blood sugar balance matters for energy & mood
  • Whole foods vs processed – how to make better choices
  • The truth about fats – which ones are good and which to avoid
  • Why gut health and fibre are essential for overall health
  • The impact of sugar and how to reduce it

Join me for a deep dive into the foundations of good nutrition, so you can feel confident in your food choices and nourish your body properly.

We’ll also make some energy balls together for you to take home and enjoy. Learn how combining healthy, whole foods together can create a tasty and well balanced snack. A selection of ingredients will be provided for you to choose from and have fun with!
